When a Typhoon Signal no. 8 (or higher) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, CineArt House will usually remain open. However, please check our Facebook page【Cine-Art House 影藝戲院】or Instagram【cinearthk】 for the latest updates.

If you are unable to attend a screening due to the weather warning, you may keep your movie ticket or booking number and exchange it for a ticket of the same or lower value at the same cinema within 7 days of the original screening date (counting from the day after the screening date).

*Please note that this arrangement only applies to regular movie tickets and not to private screenings or group bookings. All movie tickets are non-refundable.

(CineArt House reserves the right to substitute the movie tickets with different ones.)
