Sypnonsis

Three years ago, Ben (Alex Fong) led a botched raid that resulted in the death of his undercover agent, Bong. Now serving as sergeant of a patrol car, Ben insists on doing everything by the book. When Bong's younger brother, Wallace (Carlos Chan), joins Ben's unit, the two men clash over their differing methods. Meanwhile, the robbers who killed Bong lurk in the shadows, waiting to avenge their fallen brother.
